Accreditation: an approved benchmark for knowledge and skills
Local and international regulators agree that the skills and knowledge of individuals operating in today's financial markets should meet an approved industry benchmark. Accreditation is recognised as a best practice way to set and maintain that benchmark.
AFMA accreditation is available to individuals employed by our members who operate in the over-the-counter (OTC) and exchange traded markets.
For further information on AFMA Accreditation, please refer the following:
* All current AFMA Accredited Individuals and those in the process of completing the AFMA Financial Markets Program are required to complete the Professionalism: Conduct & Ethics course. Those completing the Macquarie Business School Financial Markets Certificate, so as to obtain accredited status, will be appropriately assessed in this area as part of that course.
